This policy applies to processing carried out through musicaparadisfrutar.com. External platforms linked from the website apply their own policies.
2. Browsing, hosting and security
When you access the website, its systems may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the page, such as the IP address, date and time, requested resource, server response, browser or user agent, and technical connection data. The purposes are to provide the website, maintain its security, diagnose errors and prevent abuse.
The legal basis is the legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website and, where applicable, performing a service requested by you. Hosting and email are provided by Hostinger International Ltd., which acts as a processor for data handled on the owner's behalf. Logs and technical copies are retained for the periods needed to operate, protect and recover the service and to meet applicable obligations; their exact technical cycle depends on the provider's infrastructure.
3. Audience measurement
Only with your consent, the website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand in aggregate how the site is used and to measure relevant editorial actions, such as visits, the selected language or activation of a button leading to Amazon. Analytics is not sent names, email addresses, comment text, internal searches, WordPress user identifiers or a statement that a visit originated from a QR code.
The planned configuration uses measurement ID G-W3Q7HE6L0E, disables Google signals and advertising personalisation, limits Analytics cookies to a maximum of 180 days, and sets event retention in Google Analytics to 14 months. The legal basis is consent, which may be refused or withdrawn at any time through “Cookie preferences”.
Google Ireland Limited provides the service in the European Economic Area. Google may use entities and systems outside the EEA and states that it relies on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised mechanisms where applicable. You can consult Google's Privacy Policy and its information about Analytics cookies.
4. Comments and moderation
On pages that allow comments, the website processes the comment, a name, an email address and, if you choose to provide it, your website address. If the comment is approved, the comment, name and website supplied will be public; the email address will not be published. Do not include private data about yourself or other people in the comment text.
Publication of a new comment is based on the consent expressed when you submit it after receiving the relevant information. The IP address and other technical request data are also processed to moderate the discussion, prevent spam and protect the website, based on the legitimate interest in maintaining a safe space.
WordPress stores the comment and associated data on the hosting service. Akismet, a service from Automattic, analyses the content and technical data—such as IP address, browser, referrer and page URL—to detect spam. Automattic describes international processing and contractual safeguards in its data protection information. This website does not display external Gravatar avatars.
Approved comments will be retained while the page remains published and they continue to provide context to its discussion. When the page is withdrawn or the discussion is no longer needed, deletion or anonymisation will be reviewed, without prejudice to applicable requests and obligations. Spam or trash states and technical copies may follow different cycles. The 12-month period for email enquiries does not automatically apply to public comments.
You may withdraw your consent and request deletion where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5. Email enquiries
If you write to info@musicaparadisfrutar.com, your address, message, attachments and conversation data will be processed to respond to and follow up your enquiry. The legal basis is handling your request and, depending on its content, taking steps before entering into a contract or the legitimate interest in managing the relationship and retaining a proportionate record.
The mailbox is provided through Hostinger Email and accessed using Apple Mail. No automatic forwarding is configured. Resolved ordinary enquiries will be deleted manually no later than 12 months after the last substantive contact. If a communication must be retained to comply with an obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, it will be kept only for the corresponding period and with appropriately restricted access. Operational deletion may not immediately erase every technical copy held by the provider.
Addresses used for enquiries are not added to marketing campaigns. Email marketing is planned as a future phase but is not currently active; specific information and the necessary legal basis will be provided before it begins.
6. Local recordings and external content
The books' MP3 recordings are served from this website and do not require a connection to an external audio platform. Other pages may contain YouTube, Spotify or SoundCloud content. Their players remain blocked until you give separate permission for the relevant provider.
When you allow one of these players, your browser connects directly to the provider and discloses the necessary technical data, such as the IP address, browser information, referring page and interaction with the player. Each provider determines its subsequent processing under its own policy. Use of these services may involve international transfers under the mechanisms stated by each provider.
- Google/YouTube: videos are loaded through the privacy-enhanced domain
youtube-nocookie.com, which does not make the service anonymous. - Spotify AB.
- SoundCloud Global Limited & Co. KG.
You can withdraw permission through “Cookie preferences”. Doing so removes external players from the page; the provider may retain data already received in accordance with its policy.
7. Purchase links and affiliation
Purchases are made through Amazon, Sheet Music Direct or Sheet Music Plus. Clicking a link takes you away from this website, and the destination platform processes the necessary data under its own terms. Música para disfrutar does not receive payment details through this website and does not conclude the sale. If you have consented to Analytics, activation of certain buttons may be measured without sending Google the full destination URL or payment data.
Some historical links may belong to the Amazon Associates programme. Attribution and data processed by Amazon are governed by its terms. Not every Amazon link is necessarily an affiliate link.
8. Recipients and international transfers
Personal data is not sold. It may be accessed by the providers needed for each function: Hostinger for hosting and email; Automattic/Akismet for anti-spam; Google Analytics if you consent; and Google/YouTube, Spotify or SoundCloud only when you authorise and load their content. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Some providers operate internationally. Where processing involves transfers outside the EEA, the adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses or other mechanisms stated by the provider and required in each case will apply. The links above provide access to their current information; it is not assumed that every subprocessor is involved in every visit.
9. Retention
Each processing activity is retained for the period or according to the criterion stated in its section. Once its purpose ends, data will be deleted or, where an obligation or potential claim exists, blocked and restricted for the applicable period. Technical copies may follow their own rotation and recovery cycle without being reused for ordinary purposes.
10. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction or objection where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Email info@musicaparadisfrutar.com and state which right you wish to exercise. Additional information will be requested to verify your identity only where there are reasonable doubts and in a proportionate manner.
If you believe that the processing is not appropriate, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
11. Children, automated decisions and security
The website does not deliberately request children's data through accounts or purchases of its own. If a child submits information, their representative may request its removal. No automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on users are made.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are applied to protect information, taking into account the nature of the website and the risks. No system can guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when services or applicable obligations change. The date above identifies the current version. Changes requiring new consent will not be treated as accepted on the basis of an earlier decision.
